A Blog? Me? Who would have ever thought?
Hello, I'm William, Bill to most people, and if you call me Billy, you've probably known me my whole life. I'm the owner/ designer of Taylor'd Designs 23 LLC, a website design firm located in Tampa Bay, Florida.
How did I get to this point, you ask? Well, let's take a trip back in time.
Well, maybe not that far back.
The year was 2007, my wife had taken a jewelry making class and found herself a new hobby. As time went on, she continued making jewelry for herself and occasionally making pieces as gifts for family and friends. Fast forward to 2016...and many earrings, necklaces, and bracelets later, I though she should be selling it too, her creations were too good to not to share with others, so, I decided I'd make a website so she could reach more than just our circle of people (and we were running out of room to store everything too). was my first website design, so I guess I have her to thank for starting me on this path, albeit unknowingly.
From there, I designed a few websites for friends and family, redesigned my church’s website, and landed a few other clients. The more sites I designed, the more I enjoyed it, so, in 2021, I decided to join the Wix Marketplace to try and build my portfolio. When I entered the Marketplace, I had about 8 designs, now 2 years later I have designed 40+ websites and ready for more.
That's basically how Taylor'd Designs 23 LLC was born. Now, I'm branching out with this blog. I am not a writer by any means, but I'm taking a step out of my comfort zone to hopefully provide some useful information for others about website design, help my clients gain exposure by featuring them and their websites, and whatever else may come up.
