Upscale living near the University of Kansas needs a website that reflects it's modern amenities for a vibrant lifestyle.
Project Overview
When Nora contacted us, she had already started to redesign their website, but found it was more than she could handle in addition to her other tasks.
She conveyed their vision of having a clean, modern, easy to navigate website and then we went to work.
Strategy & Approach
The Frontier West Lawrence was already drawing solid traffic, so the challenge wasn’t about getting more eyes on the site—it was about making sure those visitors actually did something once they arrived. The existing site felt dated and sparse, which made it harder for prospective renters to get excited about the property or take the next step.
Our approach focused on five clear goals:

Design & Developement
To get there, we combined thoughtful design with practical strategy. We added fresh, local SEO-optimized copy that spoke directly to people searching for apartments in the area, and we implemented solid on-page SEO so the site could continue performing well in search. The structure was built to be flexible, leaving room for future growth without needing a complete overhaul later. Throughout the site we placed clear, well-positioned calls to action so prospective renters could reach out with just a click or two—whether they were ready to schedule a tour, ask a question, or check availability.
The Finished Product
The result is a website that feels current and welcoming while quietly doing the work of turning interested visitors into actual inquiries.
